The authority of each partner to bind the firm for completing the function, as may be required of dissolution of the firm, the other mutual rights and
obligations of the partners so far as it may be necessary to wind up the  affairs of the firm, the authority to complete transactions begun but unfinished at the time of dissolution and the authority to determine mutual
right and obligation of each partners shall be continued even after the dissolution of the firm
